At Girls Wear Pink, we make use of 100% safe and secure payment options. The information on the credit or debit card you send us is encrypted and secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This helps us give you a secure and safe shopping experience.

Once the online checkout process is complete, all payments are processed. You will receive a full refund if you pay for an item that we are unable to deliver for any reason; see our returns policy for complete information on how refunds are handled.

HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?

There are various ways you can make a payment to your account designed to suit you.

Online via ‘My account’

Online payments will take 1 working day to be applied to your account.

To pay some or all of your account balance online, follow these steps:

Log in to My Account using your email address or customer number and password.
Select ‘payments’ from the menu on the left-hand side.
Choose your preferred method of payment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. The card must be registered to the address where your Next Account is held. We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained. In the ‘Payments’ section, you will also have the option ‘manage saved cards’. This will show all saved cards on your account. Here you will have the option to add, edit or delete your saved card.

Paypal

Paypal payments will take 2 working days to be applied to your account.

PayPal is a secure payment method you can use to make a payment online. You only need your email address and password to make a payment.

You can use PayPal by following these steps

Log in to My Account using your email address or customer number and password.Select ‘payments’ on the left-hand side of the menu.
Key in the amount you wish to pay, and then click on the blue “Pay via PayPal” button
This will take you to the PayPal login page. Sign in with your PayPal email address and password
Select the ‘Pay Now’ button to confirm your payment
You will then be navigated to the GirlsWearPink payment screen where a payment confirmation banner will show at the top of the page

PayPal payments credit the account within 2 working days and you will receive an email to confirm the payment.

If for any reason the payment has been declined, an immediate message will be displayed on the PayPal payment page to indicate this.

If there are any queries you may need to contact PayPal for further assistance.

If the payment does not show on your GirlsWearPink account within 2 working days, please check if the amount has been taken from your PayPal account.

If you require a refund for a return you have made, you can email us using our contact form.

If you have an email address registered on your account, you will receive a payment confirmation through email once your payment has credited your account.

All payments need to be made before 8pm to show in the time specified. Any payments made after 8pm Friday will show on your account the following Tuesday.

Klarna will take the first payment when you make the purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from your purchase date. Am I Eligible For Pay Later In 3 Interest-Free Instalments?

You need to be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use Klarna’s credit products including Pay in 3 instalments. When you choose Klarna they will also check the information you provide and your financial situation.

Will A Credit Search Take Place?

Use of Pay in 30 Days & in 3 Installments will result in a credit search from Klarna. This means that in order to determine whether to approve your purchase, Klarna will look at specific information in your credit report.

Can I Pay Before the Due Date?

Yes. Just go to the Klarna app or log onto klarna.com/uk.

What If I Cancel Or Return My Order?

Grlswearpink will notify Klarna that your cancellation or return has been approved, and Klarna will cancel any upcoming payments and issue a refund as soon as possible. The return will be immediately visible in the Klarna app.

Is it good to use Klarna?

Is My Payment Information Safe?

Klarna securely processes payment information. No card information is sent to or stored by Grlswearpink. All transactions occur over connections that are protected by the recent company security standards.
