Refund Policy

Returns Policy:

We hope you are satisfied with your GirlsWearPink purchases; but, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us. Yes, items that you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 working days after receipt. After this time, we will not accept returns. Postage fees are not returned; only the full purchase price of the product is repaid.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) in a re-sellable condition, complete with individual product packaging as sold, a full refund of the product(s) cost will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 working days for the processing of a refund. Other refunds are not available. Please keep in mind that we have the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%. (Charged at Customer service manager’s discretion)

Note*We Can Only Accept Returns Of Underwear Or Lingerie For Hygiene Reasons if the Item Is Deemed Faulty Or In Error, or the Wrong Item Has Been Sent.

What if I want to cancel my order – Can I?

Yes, you can!! Within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, a customer who acquired our items through an online platform has the right to cancel the contract and seek a refund without giving any explanation or justification and without incurring any obligation (unless exceptions apply).

We will not accept things that are not in their original condition and have all labels properly intact. Any products deemed in an unsaleable condition will be refused as a return, and the purchaser will be notified through email.

IMPORTANT NOTE –

Scenarios of when items will be rejected by our quality and control:

  • Items have been used.
  • Items have been cleaned or washed.
  • The tags have been removed from the items.
  • The item has make-up transfer.
  • The item has been marked or stained

How Do I Return ?

To begin the returns procedure, follow these steps:

  • Please Post your return Parcel to: 91 Lowther Street CA3 8ED You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Refunds (NOT BASED IN UK)

Unfortunately, international orders are not returnable at this time; we apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I Have an Exchange?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process the exchange at this time! If you wish to return an item, please do so as specified in the preceding sections, and we will gladly arrange a refund for you.
